Programme outline

This programme is designed to provide you with a work-related qualification across a wide variety of art and design specialisms. It has been developed to help you prepare for employment or higher education. This programme is based in our exciting Art and Design studio and provides opportunities for working with a wide range of materials and disciplines.

Duration

Start dates for this programme are flexible with completion usually achieved within 2 to 3 years.

Entry requirements

• A BTEC First qualification in Art and Design or a related vocational area
• A vocational qualification in a related area
• 4 GCSEs at a minimum grade of C

The programme is ideal for you if you wish to pursue a career or further study in art, design and media based work. The Level 3 National Award, Certificate and Diploma are equivalent to A Level qualifications for entry into higher education.
