Workskills

Workskills is a flexible BTEC qualification suitable for learners of all ages. It aims to equip learners with employability skills, to develop the skills that employers are looking for - such as attitude, behaviour and communication.

At QAC, we offer three levels - Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2. All levels include units across the four skills pathways:-

• Personal Life Skills
• Sustainable Employment Skills
• Work Placement Skills
• Skills for Business

Entry Level 3

A total of 26 units is available at Entry Level 3 across the four skills pathways.

At this level, learners can gain the following qualifications;

• BTEC Award in Workskills (Entry Level 3)
• BTEC Certificate in Workskills (Entry Level 3)

Level 1

A total of 32 units is available at Level 1 across the four skills pathways.

Level 1 qualifications can gain GCSE equivalence at grades D to G. At this level, learners can gain the following qualifications;

• BTEC Award in Workskills (Level 1)
• BTEC Certificate in Workskills (Level 1)
• BTEC Diploma in Workskills (Level 1)

Level 2

A total of 30 units is available at Level 2 across the four skills pathways.

Level 2 qualifications can gain GCSE equivalence at grades B to C. At this level, learners can gain the following qualifications;

• BTEC Award in Workskills (Level 2)
• BTEC Certificate in Workskills (Level 2)
• BTEC Diploma in Workskills (Level 2)
