During your time at QAC you will receive support from The Transitions Team, to explore your future options.
It is the role of The Transitions Worker to signpost students to professionals and organisations, who can assist you with the progression from College into the next phase of adult life.
Regular Transition Reviews will be held with you, your family, College staff, Connexions Adviser and Social Worker. During the Review future options will be discussed such as further education, accommodation, employment and training opportunities. Following the Review a person-centred Transition Action Plan will be devised.
