QAC has a full time Benefits Officer who is available throughout the day, as well as two evenings each week when visits are made to residential accommodation to discuss any benefit-related issued. During the day you are able to call in to the Benefits Office on a drop-in basis or make an appointment. The Benefits Officer will help you to access your benefits in full and will support or represent you at tribunals and appeals.
