You will be able to display the ALL FORMATS CHARTER demonstrating your
organisations commitment to the visually impaired community.
You will have access to QAC's support services that can provide initial advice relating to any visual impairment or alternative format questions that you have.
You will have access to the all formats 'fast track service' that will make standard print documents into alternative format documents, such as Braille, large print or audio. The team are also able to create signs or update existing signage as requested. As a holder of the ALL FORMATS CHARTER, your work will be given priority.
You will receive a specified amount of material produced in an alternative format of your choice (Braille, large print, audio or signs) free of charge upon being awarded the ALL FORMATS CHARTER. This is dependent on the size of your organisation.
Your information will be displayed on the all formats website enabling people to view it and access your contact information in the confidence that you hold the ALL FORMATS CHARTER.
QAC will provide you with information to help promote your products and services to visually impaired people throughout the UK.
ALL FORMATS CHARTER holders will be showcased at QAC Sight Village in Birmingham - an exhibition of technology and services for blind and partially sighted people, which attracts thousands of visitors annually.
We can conduct 'mystery shopper' surveys on your behalf to ensure that all of your staff are aware of their responsibilities when assisting visual impaired people.
It will add to your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) contribution.
Your Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliance will be reinforced.
