Once an organisation has expressed a desire to work towards the ALL FORMATS CHARTER, you will be issued with an application form. This will ask you to describe the ways in which your organisation meets the criteria as specified above. We reserve the right to visit your premises at any point to ensure that obligations have been fulfilled as stated in your application form. If there are any points that you need help with, you can contact the all formats team at any time for advice.
The cost for the ALL FORMATS CHARTER is;
£150 – for organisations with fewer than 100 employees
£250 – for organisations with between 101 and 250 employees
£450 – for organisations with 251 employees or more
The process is simple. First, contact our all formats team on 0121 428 5083 and request an application form. At this stage we will discuss your preferred method of payment and will make the necessary arrangements in order for this to be collected.
Once the completed application form has been received, the team will assess as to whether or not you currently meet the requirements of the ALL FORMATS CHARTER and if necessary what steps must be taken in order to ensure full compliance.
When such adjustments have been made, the ALL FORMATS CHARTER team will update your application form and the ALL FORMATS CHARTER will be awarded.
Once issued, the charter will be valid for 2 years.
