Serving QAC students and the local community, the QAC Fitness Centre is a top class gym, supported by the National Lottery Charities Board. The facility has been designed to meet the needs of a diverse user base including wheelchair users and people with limited mobility as well as fully physically able members.

extensive range of cardiovascular equipment including Life Fitness Cross Trainers, & Power Jog equipment, the centre also has a number of rowing machines and cycles.
The facility also has a range of weight equipment including Nautilus Resistance and free weights.
Our friendly and approachable staff want you to enjoy a good workout in a friendly and relaxed environment. While working out you can enjoy the latest music straight from MTV or keep up to date with Sky Sports.
Every member of the Fitness Centre receives a free induction to the centre and the facilities. We will also provide a free programme to suit your required level of fitness and free monthly reviews. Feel free to book your reviews with our staff at any time.
Sports Massage is available at the centre on appointment basis.
