Popular BBC TV and Radio personality, Jo Malin, visited QAC to receive a cheque for more than £1,000 raised by learners for Children in Need. The money was raised throughout one week by countless activities and sales, devised and put into action by learners.
It was Jo' first visit to QAC and she took the time to tour the campus guided by Student Ambassadors Kylie Williams and Abu-Bakr Ishtiaq.
Jo was impressed by what she saw but most of all enjoyed meeting the learners whom she mentioned on her radio show a couple of days later. Thanks Jo from all at QAC, your visit was the icing on the Children In Need cake.
