QAC Achieves Investors in People Gold Accreditation

Following the Investors in People assessment earlier this year, which included a staff survey and a range of interviews and focus groups with an independent assessor, Investors in People are delighted to award Queen Alexandra Charity, a charity that supports young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities We invest in people, gold accreditation.

Gold accreditation means that an organisation has the policies in place, but more than that, it means everyone – from the CEO to apprentices take ownership for making them come to life.
