Residential students return to College during the afternoon of the day before specified return date (please contact Kim Tierney, Residential Services Manager, or your Home Team Leader for more detailed information).

Term starts (New Residential Students): Wednesday 2nd September (to arrive after 4pm) 
Term starts (New Day Students): Thursday 3rd September
Term starts (Returning Residential Students): Sunday 6th September (to arrive after 4pm) 
Term starts (Returning Day Students): Monday 7th September

Half-term: Monday 26th October 2026 (Starts) to Friday 30th October 2026 (Ends) 
Student Start: Monday 2nd November 2026
Term ends: Friday 18th December 2026

REPORTING STUDENT ABSENCE OR APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to attend College, please ensure that you phone the absence reporting line on 0121 428 5098 or 07841 361 002 on WhatsApp before 9.00am on the morning of every day that you are absent. You can also email absences to absence@qac.ac.uk

• Group
• Reason for Absence (Local Authorities are no longer accepting "unwell/poorly" for reasons for an authorised absence, so please give as much detail as possible)
• Date of Return
