QAC's Annual Summer Games

From 1st to 3rd July, we held our annual Summer Games, with this year’s theme celebrating icons. Our PFL kicked off the festivities with an exciting opening ceremony, showcasing legendary figures from Ozzy Osbourne and David Attenborough to Zeus and Thor.

After the opening ceremony, students dove into a variety of activities from sports races and a bake-off to Nintendo Wii game tournaments, and so much more.

The staff vs students football match returned, delivering plenty of competitive energy and excitement, with our staff holding on to their champion title!

Finally, our closing ceremony saw the winners from the 2 days receive their certificates and medals from Paralympian Jack Hodgson, and featured a special performance by the winner of QA Factor.

It was a fun-filled and busy few days for our students as the academic year drew to a close. Well done to everyone who took part and helped make this year’s Summer Games such a memorable success.
