Residential Roundup - October

Our college residential students and clients from our Independence Plus supported living provision have had a busy end to October, with day trips, birthday celebrations and Halloween parties.

Natty and Amy, Independence Plus clients, enjoyed an overnight trip to Liverpool where they visited the Empire Theatre to watch The Book of Mormon, which had them both laughing throughout. The following day they visited Anfield Stadium and soaked up the atmosphere at The Cavern Club.

Jayden and Connor celebrated their birthdays during the week, with both students having parties at their respective homes and some students headed out to bowl and have a go in the arcade, which became quite competitive.

On 20th October, some of our clients and students attended the Halloween themed QAC Come As You Are event at the Night Owl, where they enjoyed terrifying tunes, dreadful dancing and a costume contest.

Finally, during their last Thursday Social in October, they hosted their Halloween party where students and clients had the chance to win best and original costume for the night. Well done to everyone who got involved, the costumes looked great!
