Chef Manager at QAC receives ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ Award

Over the past 15 years, OCS has worked closely with QAC to provide exceptional catering, housekeeping and hygiene services across all college and residential areas to help QAC support the student experience.

QAC were delighted to hear that Chef Manager, Zeph, received an award for outstanding customer service at the recent OCS Annual Awards.

Zeph dedicates a lot of time and effort into his menu planning at QAC ensuring new menus are nutritional, well balanced and exciting. He takes pride in his work which is reflected through the positive feedback received. Zeph works whatever hours are required to get the job done and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction, backed up by a great team of staff he communicates with on a daily basis.
